    We ship the goods ordered in the online store no later than within 72 hours (3 working days) after receiving the payment.
    We ship goods in the following ways:
    
    - by LPExpress postage meter (1-5 days)
    - Omniva (3-5 days)
    - You can also pick up the goods at Medeinas st. 33, Vilnius, by prior agreement by phone: +37067971803. Normal collection time is weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00.
    
    Other information
    
    You can pick up the ordered goods yourself and not pay the delivery fee. When ordering goods, you only need to indicate that you will pick up the goods yourself. The ordered goods must be collected from the goods collection point within 5 working days after confirmation that the order is ready. We will inform you about the prepared order by e-mail.
    
    Boxes with 1.5 mm (or thicker) microcorrugation are used during shipping. The inside of the shipping boxes is filled with paper, bubble wrap or other materials to keep the goods from moving as little as possible.
    
    
    		Quality of goods
    
    The quality of the goods and their packaging is sent in very good condition (except when the damage is indicated in the description of the goods, or the damage detected by the buyer is indicated before shipping), apart from micro changes from ideal condition. The buyer assumes responsibility for damaged packaging during shipping and confirms that he assumes the risk of possible damage during shipping.
    
    Very good condition includes: slight warping/bent to cards, medium bend to hook with no additional damage, mini crack to inner blister, mini spots/paint damage to packages, etc. A violation before sending is considered: folded card or other obvious dents in the package, splitting of the outer part of the protective blister, which hangs when the hand is crossed, larger cracks or broken parts of the inner part of the blister, broken hook, glue or sticker residues on the product side, partially or completely unglued blister etc.
